Approximately two billion skin cells protect our organism from pathogens and sunlight, but also against overheating, excessive heat loss and dehydration.
Whether we like it or not, we are getting older, and you can see that over the years more and more clearly in our faces. Because our skin is getting older like all other organs of the body. This process is genetically programmed, a rule without exceptions. These changes will happen in the dermis. This skin layer is mainly composed of connective tissue cells and connective tissue fibers of collagen and elastin.
As long as the skin is young both types of fibers work together perfectly: The collagen makes the fabric stable and tension, the rubbery elastin contrast ensures that the whole remains are stretchable. When we turn older the number of collagen fibers, elastic fibers and blood vessels decreases. The cell division of the epidermis roughly happens every 50 - instead of every 27 days in the early years. Result: The skin and the subcutaneous fatty tissue become thinner, the water and fat content of the skin decreases.
Many of these changes are visible only from the mid 30. But the aging process begins already between 20 and 30 years: The connective skin cells of the dermis built less collagen and the fatty skin cells in the Dermis get thinner and Epidermis more transparent. There are various genetic and hormonal reasons - such as the declining production of growth and sex hormones.
FACT: We need the right skin care products!
There is a need for organic creams and natural lotions with ingredients that help mature skin to renew cells. It is important to use a face lift serum. Long term studies show us that it reduces fast and effectively expression wrinkles and skin aging.
An important aspect is also the daily cleaning of the skin. Older women should use a cleanser that hydrates and moisturises the skin. Facial gloves have been designed to penetrate deep into the pores of the skin to remove environmental pollutants and dead skin cells. The fibres will improve the function of the sebaceous glands and circulation of the blood. The use of a skin tonic in combination with a cream will complete the daily routine.
It is important to know what skin type you have. Dry skin, combination skin, oily skin or mature skin.
Valid for all skin types: hyaluronic acid / anti-aging plumps up the skin and keeps it young.
Anti-aging creams activate the skin's metabolism and stimulate the cell renewal. This is extremely important for the protective acid mantle of the skin. The right cream protects the skin and the rich ingredients can repair deficiency symptoms.
